Thank you for your interest in being a volunteer at our Mystic South Conference! Volunteers definitely are the unsung heroes of the event. They help ensure everyone gets where they need to be, and assist our Board in making sure the event is a success!
Please pick the amount of work shift you can commit to for the conference from the options below. As a reminder, Volunteers must show up for their work shifts on time and ready to work. Check-in will be in the green room. Missing a shift or not adhering to the rules and code of conduct can result in being removed from the volunteer list and being asked to pay the full conference admission price, or being removed from the conference.
As a volunteer, we will add you to our Volunteer Facebook group, and our coordinator will reach out via Facebook and Email to work with you to get you on schedule for your shifts.

The Crowne Plaza Ravinia in Atlanta is a full-service hotel and conference center with several on-site restaurants and bar, a business center and convenience store, pool, gym facility, 5 miles of walking trails and an outdoor green space. The hotel is fully ADA compliant.
The Crowne Plaza Ravinia is also located in a bustling live-work-play area within walking distance of a popular mall and other stores as well as a vast array of restaurants. It is also easily accessible, less than 1 mile, from the Perimeter Station on Atlanta’s mass transit system (MARTA), and directly off a major highway (I-285).
All rooms include internet access. We have negotiated special rates, which will be available soon!
If you are parking your vehicle at the hotel, the hotel charges $8/night to park.
