REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
Each table registration will give you two (2) event passes. If you need additional passes above the 2 that come with your registration, please use the “Additional Vendor Ticket” option to add names.
You will be prompted during the registration process for the badge names for your primary and secondary passes.
IMPORTANT: If you have 2 people for your table, do not select “2” as the number of vendor tables!

The Crowne Plaza Ravinia in Atlanta is a full-service hotel and conference center with several on-site restaurants and bar, a business center and convenience store, pool, gym facility, 5 miles of walking trails and an outdoor green space. The hotel is fully ADA compliant.
The Crowne Plaza Ravinia is also located in a bustling live-work-play area within walking distance of a popular mall and other stores as well as a vast array of restaurants. It is also easily accessible, less than 1 mile, from the Perimeter Station on Atlanta’s mass transit system (MARTA), and directly off a major highway (I-285).
All rooms include internet access. We have negotiated special rates, which will be available soon!
If you are parking your vehicle at the hotel, the hotel charges $8/night to park.
