Mystic South 2020 FAQ

You have questions, we have answers! Please review our FAQ for any questions you may have related to Mystic South 2020. This FAQ speaks specifically to the cancellation of this year’s conference.

Why was Mystic South 2020 cancelled?

In the interest of protecting the health and safety of our community we decided to cancel Mystic South 2020.

Will there be a Mystic South conference in 2021?

Yes. MSC2021 to be held July 16-18, 2021 at the Doubletree by Hilton Atlanta PerimeterDunwoody

Can I roll my registration over to Mystic South 2021?

Yes. We have sent out an email asking how you would like to handle your registration. If you did not receive the email please first check your spam folder and then reach out to mysticsouthconference@gmail.com. You can also follow this link to let us know how to handle your 2020 registration.

Can I get a refund for my Mystic South 2020 registration?

Yes. Though we’d love to see you in 2021, we do have a refund option. To request that, please follow this link. Because of costs we have already incurred putting together Mystic South 2020 we will return your registration amount less a 10% fee.

Should I cancel my hotel reservation?

Yes. If you have made a hotel reservation for 2020, you must cancel that reservation yourself directly with the hotel. The main reservation line is 1 (800) 774-1500. For those planning on attending MSC2021, you will have to make a new reservation. We will be sharing our new 2021 discount code when it becomes available.  MSC Board is not responsible for your hotel room or any other similar reservations or fees.
