Vendors Application

Thank you for your interest in vending at Mystic South 2022. Our conference takes place July 15-17, 2022 at the Crowne Plaza Ravinia in Atlanta, GA.

All vendor applications are processed on a first-come/first-reviewed basis.

You will receive an email from our vending coordinator, Gypsey, when your application is accepted. This email will contain the link to use to register for your booth space.

Applications are currently open only to previous vendors at the Mystic South Conference. Any applications received by new vendors will be reviewed starting January 1, 2022.

If accepted, your registration fee will include two (2) conference badges and one (1) six-foot table with chairs. You may elect to purchase one (1) additional conference badge for your table. This badge will grant access to all areas of the MSC conference. Badges are non-transferrable.

Our vendor room is open to the public, which includes paid attendees to the Mystic South Conference as well as other hotel guests.

For the health and safety of our community all presenters, vendors and attendees are required to show proof of Covid-19 vaccination with a valid, government issued ID in order to attend Mystic South 2022
