Workshops 2024 Application

Thank you for your interest in presenting a workshop, presentation, ritual, panel, or other working at Mystic South 2024! We are currently accepting all applications for review.

Our workshop coordinator will notify each application of their approval status by April 1, 2024.

Workshop applications will be processed in the order they are received. While we are primarily looking for workshops offered by southern Pagans and/or on southern Pagan topics, we are also interested in workshops that address the needs of the Pagan, Wiccan, Heathen, and larger polytheistic community.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE YOU APPLY
  • All workshops will be one hour in length, though we will have a limited number of 90-minute spaces.
  • All workshops are open to all attendees at our conference, regardless of race, sexuality, gender identity, tradition, etc.
  • Mystic South may elect to restrict participation in some workshops to attendees 18 years of age or older based on the nature of the workshop.
For the health and safety of our community all presenters, vendors and attendees are recommended to receive the Covid-19 vaccination, but will not be required to show proof of vaccination at registration. You will need to present a valid, government issued ID in order to attend Mystic South 2024. Masks are optional.

PLEASE NOTE: If accepted, you will receive one (1) personal free weekend admission to Mystic South, with up to one (1) additional free weekend admission for a specific named individual whose assistance you require to put on your workshop. These conference badges are non-transferable and do not “stack” with any other complimentary badges you may receive. ID’s will be checked at the door. As such, if you are applying to present a workshop, we advise that you DO NOT ALSO purchase an Early Bird ticket to Mystic South 2024. If your workshop is not accepted, we will have a special link available to you that will allow you to secure registration at the Early Bird rate.

This applies to any multi-person offering, including Panels, Rituals, etc.

In addition, free admission badges do not accrue. For example, both vending and presenting entitle you to a personal free weekend pass to the conference. If you are a vendor who is also presenting, you will not receive two personal free admission badges (one for each activity). You will receive one. The additional badges for assistance in both areas remain the same, and are independent of each other.
