Do you have a research interest in polytheistic or Pagan subjects? Have you contemplated sharing that research with others in an academic environment? Both academics and citizen scholars are welcome to present in Mystic South’s PAPERS tract.
We ask that you submit your abstract (yes, it’s okay to be a “citizen scholar” if you are not in an academic field).
What can we offer you? Your presentation grants you free admission to the Mystic South conference. We also offer you a place to publish your research paper on the Mystic South website!
The submission window closes on Friday, January 31, 2025. Our PAPERS coordinator will notify each application of their approval status via email by March 1, 2025.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE YOU APPLY
- Most PAPERS will be up to one hour in length. There are limited 90 minute spots available.
- All PAPERS presentations are open to all attendees at our conference, regardless of race, sexuality, gender identity, tradition, etc.
- Mystic South may elect to restrict participation in some PAPERS to attendees 18 years of age or older based on the nature of the research.
