Thank you for your interest in vending at Mystic South 2025. Our conference takes place July 11-13, 2025 at the Crowne Plaza Ravinia in Atlanta, GA.
All vendor applications are processed on a first-come/first-reviewed basis. Note that application does not guarantee acceptance.
You will receive an email from our vending coordinator, Gypsey, when your application is accepted. This email will contain the link to use to register for your booth space.
All applications received by new vendors will be reviewed starting February 1, 2025.
If accepted, your registration fee of $150 will include one (1) conference badge and one (1) six-foot table with chairs. Badges are non-transferrable. Keep in mind that the vendor room is open to the public, so your assistant(s) may join you at your table at your convenience without having to register for the conference.
Our vendor room is open to the public, which includes paid attendees to the Mystic South Conference as well as other hotel guests.
Due to overwhelming response, our vendor room is now full! Should our waitlist reopen, we will make an announcement.
