Thank you for your interest in presenting a workshop, presentation, PAPERS, or ritual at Mystic South 2026. Please use the correct link and button below for your submission. All submissions must be received by February 28, 2026 to be considered for this year’s event. Notifications will go out on April 1, 2026 to advise you of your acceptance status. For returning presenters, you’ll notice that we’re now using Sched for our submission form, and that there’s a separate form for ritual submissions. Please use the form that best fits the presentation you’d like to do this year.
NOTE: Please do not register through the Early Bird link if you are submitting any style of presentation application. If accepted, you will receive a (1) free registration to the conference. If your presentation is not accepted, you’ll be provided a special discount code to use to secure your registration at the Early Bird rate.
Workshops
Workshops are presentations where you are either providing your own personal views and beliefs on a topic, or sharing a topic in a hand-on experience with attendees, or a panel discussion for our conference. If your presentation is academic in nature, meaning you’re citing sources and research, please submit it as a PAPERS. If your presentation is a ritual, please submit it as a RITUAL. All workshops are 60 minutes in length unless otherwise specified.
Rituals
Looking to perform a ritual for attendees of Mystic South? This is the application section for you! Most of our rituals take place in the evening hours, but some can be introduced into the morning/midafternoon programming as well.
PAPERS
If you are an academic of any ilk or training providing an academic summary of research you’ve performed on a specific topic, this is the submission form for you. To participate in our PAPERS program, you don’t need a degree. You just need a love for your topic and the academic research to back up your presentation.
