Mystic South is a Conference that focuses on mystical, magical, and spiritual practices of the South and beyond that are Pagan and Pagan-adjacent held in Atlanta, GA. We feature variety of presenters from around the world, and offer a dedicated academic track, in addition to workshops and musical entertainment.
Mystic South 2027 will take place July 23 – 25, 2027. There is programming on Thursday evening (meet & greet) and registration will be open shortened hours Thursday evening as well, but workshops begin Friday morning and run through the afternoon on Sunday.
Atlanta Hartsfield-Jacksonville Airport. We will have more information about traveling to/from the hotel in Spring, 2026.
Our conference is being held at the Crowne Plaza Ravinia in Dunwoody, GA (the same hotel as all previous Mystic South conferences). The Crowne Plaza Ravinia is located just north of I-285 across from Perimeter Mall. We will provide more information about hotel, food options, accessibility, travel and more in Spring, 2026.
We typically accept applications for presentations between October and February ahead of the conference. This includes workshops, rituals, PAPERS, etc. Please visit the Presenter Applications page for more details.
NOTE: Vendors and presenters have special tickets and pricing accommodations. If you are intending to submit a presentation or vendor application, do not buy tickets until you have read the application information in full.
The Vendor application period begins January 1. Spaces are limited. Watch our social media and sign up for our newsletter for more information on presenting.

Hotel rates can be found at the Hotel Reservation’s Website. All rooms will be booked directly through the hotel — either via phone with a code or through our hotel link on our website.
Suites and Junior Suites will also be available. Suites can be booked directly through the hotel. Availability is limited.
Should you require an ADA compliant room, or have any other special need, please call the hotel and speak with hotel staff to book your room, letting them know when you make your reservation what accommodations you require.
Yes. There is a garage that accommodates average sized passenger vehicles. We will receive a discounted rate on self-parking for anyone registered as a Mystic South attendee. If you are attending for the day, or otherwise not staying at the hotel, please obtain a parking voucher at our registration desk prior to departing (we recommend you pick it up when you check in for the day). If you are staying at the hotel, let them know at check-in that you are self-parking and the reduced rate will automatically be added to your hotel bill.
Registration for Mystic South 2027 opens October 1, 2026. You are able to pay conveniently and securely via credit/debit card on the Sched site.
Ticket Prices are as follows:
Full Conference (Early Bird): $150 (October 1, 2026 – January 31, 2027)
Full Conference (Regular): $175 (February 1, 2027 – July, 2027)
Full Conference (at the door): $180
Day Tripper Tickets (purchased ahead of time or at the door): $70/day
Yes! Sched is our registration platform for tickets to Mystic South. You can use their credit/debit processor to secure your registration.
Don’t panic! If you received your receipt from Sched, we have your registration. NOTE: If you purchased multiple tickets, you’ll need to transfer any extra tickets to the individual who will use it. Our confirmation notice was probably filtered to your spam or junk folder. Please look through your emails for a message from mysticsouthconference@gmail.com. If you do not have it (or it’s possibly already been deleted), let us know and we’ll be happy to verify your registration.
Yes! There are several ways to defer the costs of attending Mystic South. These Include:
— Offer a workshop or PAPERS presentation. Presenters receive one free admission.
— Volunteer. We have several tiers of volunteer opportunities that can help reduce or eliminate the cost of your attendance.
Yes! You can pay at the door using cash, or credit card. We do not accept checks. Day passes and full-conference tickets will be available.
This is the schedule for refunds:
Up to 30 days ahead of the conference: 100% refund less processing fees
Within 29-14 days of the conference: 75% refund less processing fees
Within 14 days of the conference: 50% refund less processing fees
You can find our Code of Ethics by clicking this link. It includes our Code of Conduct, Statement on Consent Culture, Drug/Alcohol/Nudity policies, policy regarding children and young adults, and more. All registrants and attendees of MSC agree to these policies. Anyone found in violation of these policies will be subject to actions up to and including ejection from the event and banning from future participation.
Any/all audio and/or video recordings must be approved by the Mystic South Board prior to the event, and are on a class-by-class/panel-by-panel/workshop-by-workshop basis. The presenter and all attendees must be notified and approve of the recording prior to any recording being made.

This is to protect the integrity, privacy, and information being provided by our amazing presenters, as well as the privacy of our attendees.
We welcome anyone 18+ to attend our conference and all scheduled events.
Children 14-17 may attend workshops and PAPERS presentations when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Children under 14 are not permitted in the conference areas. Conference areas include workshop rooms, PAPERS hall, rituals, and any official Mystic South entertainment (including concerts, drumming, dances, karaoke, etc).
The vendor room is open to the public. Children of any age will be allowed into the vendor room only if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Hotel policy forbids unaccompanied minors in public spaces.
If you have a child that requires supervision while you are attending our Conference, please be sure to make those arrangements prior to arrival. Neither Mystic South nor the Crowne Plaza Ravinia offer child care.
Our schedule for 2027 will go live sometime in May, 2027. We currently use the Sched app (free download via the iTunes Store & Google Play) for our programming. Please be sure to download this app prior to the conference. We will update the app to be as up-to-date as possible.
Masks will be optional in all conference spaces.
Service Animals are covered by the ADA and are allowed in conference spaces. Please phone the hotel before booking a room and/or purchasing tickets to advise them that you are bringing your registered service animal with you. They may have special pet-friendly rooms to assign you.
Emotional Support Animals are not covered by the ADA and are not allowed in conference spaces. You may still inquire with the hotel if you plan to bring a non-ADA Service Animal with you as, again, they may have special pet-friendly rooms to assign you.
