This agreement outlines and details all of the expectations and requirements for being a vendor at the Mystic South Conference (herein: MSC).
Booth Space & Decorations
Your vendor fee entitles you to one (1) 8′ x 8′ or larger booth in the MSC vendor hall. You are not guaranteed to have electrical outlets. If these are needed, please contact the vendor coordinator via email at least 30-days prior to the start of MSC.
Should you choose to decorate your vending spot, you must ensure that your spot is returned to pre-set-up condition before you leave. This includes, but is not limited to, sweeping up any debris, removing any gaffer tape, etc. Failure to do so may result in a cleaning fee being assessed.
Prohibited Items
Per Hotel policy, no prepared food or drink is allowed to be sold in the vendor hall. This does not include items such as tea mixtures or other not-already-prepared food or drink. In other words, if the attendee can consume it immediately, it’s not allowed.
Services Allowed in the Vendor Hall
The vendor hall at MSC is for retail sales only. Services such as readings, reiki, etc. are not permitted in the vendor hall. Should you wish to offer such services to MSC attendees you may do so via the Divination Room or some area outside of the vendor hall.
Adhere to Copyrights
If you are selling art as your own, this cannot be a resale of a copyrighted kit, unless that kit specifically advises that you have permission to do so. Please do not resell copyrighted artwork where you do not hold the copyright or permission to resell.
AI Statement
No AI images are allowed in the MSC vendor hall, or in any graphics provided to MSC for marketing purposes. The unlicensed use of creative works for training AI is a major, unjust threat to the livelihoods of the people behind those works and is not permitted.
Closed Practices and Cultural Appropriration
MSC does not condone the sale of materials from closed practices or cultures by vendors who are not an adherent, member, or practitioner of that practice/culture. Any vending of such materials may result in your removal from the vendor hall.
Taxes and Insurance
MSC is not responsible for any GA-state sales tax that may be due on earnings generated by vendors in the vendor hall. Please file GA-state tax as is appropriate for your business.
Additionally, while MSC does not require vendor insurance, it is highly recommended that you carry it. If you do carry vendor insurance, please add MSC as an “Insured” party on your insurance paperwork.
Parking
Parking is not included with your vendor fee. If you are staying at the Crown Plaza Ravinia, let them know you are attending the Mystic South Conference so that they bill you the MSC rate for parking. For those staying offsite, please make certain to obtain a parking voucher from the Registration desk for each day that you need (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday) so that you will receive the conference rate for parking.
Load In and Load Out
For MSC 2027, load in will start at 8pm on Thursday, July 22, 2027 and will proceed through Midnight. Load Out will be Sunday, July 25, 2027 starting after 2pm. All vendors must be out of the vending hall by 5pm.
