Thank you for your interest in Volunteering at Mystic South!
Volunteers are a vital part of making Mystic South run smoothly. Volunteers are the unsung heroes of many a conference and festival. Having been in your shoes, we understand the hard work and sacrifice. You are appreciated and greatly valued.
As a volunteer, you are Security, Customer Service, and Ambassadors of the conference. You will be expected to familiarize yourself with the layout of the conference, so you can direct people to the workshops, vendor area, and restrooms. You will be expected to make sure everyone attending a class is wearing their Mystic South badge.
We will do our best to schedule you around the classes you want to take. We want you to experience as much of the conference as you want as well!
This is a very important job, but an extremely fun one as well. We hope you’ll join the fun!
